Has someone asked you to sign a Greek Power of Attorney document and send it to them in Greece? Have you previously provided someone with such a document and are now concerned about its usage?
Our office is here to help you. Before signing any such document, you should be aware that a Power of Attorney ("Plirexousio") can be a powerful document in the hands of the grantee.
Depending on its content (Limited or General Power of Attorney), it can practically allow a third party to entirely substitute you, thus taking any action on your behalf; such actions can involve property management, selling or transferring real or personal property, withdrawal of money from accounts in your name, purchases, contracting debts, issuing and using credit cards, collecting income, etc.
